Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the possibilities of failure of a human factor in hazardous work activities in the fuel storage in the company Čepro a.s. (specifically, during the preparing and cleaning a large storage tank for automotive gasoline). The thesis explains the basic concepts and generally describes some analytical methods suitable for evaluating the human factor. The HTA-PHEA method was described in more detail, the software version of which was used for human factor reliability analysis. Finally, work will be assessing the current state of the company and the proposal to increase the reliability of the human factor.
