Abstract

The bachelor´s work is oriented to employess motivation in the selected company – Hanácké železárny a pérovny Prostějov. The first part includes the theoretic preface. It concerns idea of motivation, sources of motivation, theories directed to understanding couses of motivation, motivation elements… On the basis of theoretic part was compiled the practical part, there is presented the selected company and analyzed its present condition in employess motivation. Finally were processed questionnaires and were projected the measures and the recommendations.
