Problematika zainteresovaných stran v řízení společnosti Trojek jako významná součást společenské odpovědnosti organizací.

Abstract

In the theoretical part I describe approaches to quality management, the problems of stakeholders and the process of cooperation with them, and also corporate social responsibility.

In the practical part I describe the company of TROJEK a.s., giving basic information about it, and the areas in which the company is involved, together with its quality and environmental policy. I apply the process of cooperation with stakeholders including the identification of key stakeholders with them is the dialogue. Subsequently are stated conclusions together with slight recommendations.

In the last part the whole bachelor´s thesis is evaluated.
