Abstract

Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a comprehensive study of development in the Staříč development area, the territory of which is located in the central part of the village. According to the land register, the parcels of land n. 769/1, 770, 771/1, 774 and the southern part of the parcel n. 1477, which are designated for development by the valid municipal zoning plan. The proposal was prepared in two variants, one of which was elaborated in more detail on the basis of objective criteria. The graphic extension of the given variant is supplemented by a drawing of transport and technical infrastructure. The development proposal has been prepared in accordance with the Staříč municipal master plan. Furthermore, compliance with the basic urban planning principles, limits and legislative restrictions of the area under consideration was taken into account.
