Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the problems of public contracts in terms of the selected municipality. The theoretical part describes the legislative framework and types of public law contracts. Part of the thesis is focused on the scope and status of municipalities under public contracts. The practical part of the thesis is addressed on the analysis of concrete public contracts concluded by the town of Třinec. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the status, structure, contractual provision and fulfillment of public contracts concluded between the town of Třinec and the municipalities belonging to its administrative district on 1st January 2017.
