Abstract
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out, whether the HSS, Ltd. is able to increase its market share and become more competitive towards current and new potential competitors in the area of building industries in current and new markets.
First chapter is mainly theoretic part, where the analyses of this work are defined. It is focused especially on Porter analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.
Second chapter contains characteristics of the company, its history and subject of activities, employee’s data and organization structure.
Third chapter consists of practical part in which I evaluate current position of the company by various analyses. Porter analysis describes competition inside of business segment, new competition and competition of substitutes, customers and suppliers. PEST analysis analyzes politics, economics, social and technological influences of the company. SWOT analysis analyzes opportunities and threats of the company.
The final chapter consists of suggestions for improvement which can be used for further company´s development.
