Vliv dotací na cenu zemědělské půdy v ČR

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of land prices depending on the subsidies provided in the time period 2015 to 2021. The introduction defines the question "Do agricultural subsidies have an impact on the final market price of land?" subsidies, setting the administrative and market price for agricultural land. The author also addresses the development of the value of agricultural land and including the final comparison of the values of subsidies and prices of agricultural land. The work is provided with an introduction and conclusion.
