Dodací podmínky dle INCOTERMS v mezinárodním obchodním styku

Abstract

This dissertation deals with the issue of Terms of Delivery – INCOTERMS in International Trade. INCOTERMS are non-state tools of modification obligations´ relations.

The aim is an analysis of INCOTERMS and their use in company in the process of supply of goods to trading partners. Main legal enactments on which the thesis is based are the Commercial Code and United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The first part of my dissertation includes the analysis of the company´s position in the market and the analysis of its foreign trade. The second part is focused on a general analysis of INCOTERMS and interpretation of rights and obligations of the parties. The third part includes the analysis of the export business case and application of INCOTERMS clause. The last part contains the recommendation for incorporating clause into the contracts and suggestions of other INCOTERMS applicable in this case.
