Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of remuneration in a selected company. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the issues in the field of remuneration based on knowledge from the literature. The practical part is divided into descriptive and analytical part. The descriptive part presents the company, its characteristics and the current method of remuneration. The analytical part evaluates the individual questions from the questionnaire survey and based on the results, the company is proposed ideas for improving remuneration.
