Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the principle, types of reluctance motors and design of reluctance motors. Furthermore, the method of power supply and control of reluctance motors is mentioned in the bachelor thesis. The next part of the article compares the parameters of a synchronous reluctance motor with those of an asynchronous motor. The paper presents a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of these different types of motor.
