Abstract
The subject of the thesis is processing technological process of implementing internal finishes first floor of a residential building. The building is designed as a four-storey, slab building with a flat roof. Building floor plan is rectangular with dimensions of 17,98 x 17,98 m with receding portions on the southwest and northeast side. The flats in the second to fourth floor is to the northwest and southeast placed protruding balconies.
Thet hesis is divided into two parts. The first part, which focuses on building construction, includes project documentation for building permits in the following categories: technical report, situation, foundations, floor plans, section, roof plan and views. The second part is the technological part, which focuses on the implementation of internal finishes first floor of a residential building, contains a timetable, budget, technological process, the situation of construction site equipment and technical report construction site.
Peripheral masonry building is constructed of cut bricks POROTHERM 44 EKO +, internal load bearing walls between apartments and load-bearing masonry walls bounding staircase space will consist of acoustic cut bricks POROTHERM 30 AKU P + D and ground bricks POROTHERM 20 P + D. Partitions are of cut bricks POROTHERM 11.5 P + D.
