Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is process capability analysis in the case of data non-normality. The first part focuses on a theoretical description of process capability and the methods used in the process capability analysis. The methods and steps of process capability analysis are closely described. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the problem when data do not come from the normal distribution. The goal is to find a more suitable software and justify the advantages of the software for a particular situation and also compare two analyzes when one of the analyzes will not respect the verification of data normality.
