Využívání forem pracovněprávních vztahů v praxi

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza smluv zakládající a měnící pracovněprávní vztahy v České spořitelně, a.s. a podrobit je kritické analýze co do jejich souladu s platnými zakonnými předpisy. V teoretické části jsou popsány pracovněprávní vztahy a jejich předpoklady, dále také pracovní poměr, jeho založení, změny a skončení. Metoda literární rešerše je použita hlavně v teoretické části. Analytická část pracuje s analýzou pracovních smluv České spořitelny, a.s. Je zde i nastolena hypotéza:„Pracovněprávní vztahy v České spořitelně, a.s. a smlouvy s nimi související jsou v souladu s platnými zákonnými předpisy.“

The aim of my thesis is an analysis of the founding treaties and the changing labor relations in the Česká spořitelna, a.s. and subjects them to critical analysis as to their compliance with applicable laws. In theoretic section describes the relationships and assumptions, as well as its employment creation, change and termination. Literature search method is used mainly in the theoretical part. The analytical part is working with the analysis of employment contracts Česká spořitelna, a.s. There is also raised hypothesis, "Labor relations in the Česká spořitelna, a.s. and contracts relating thereto are in accordance with applicable legal requirements. "
