Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze charakteru jízdy vybraných prvovýjezdových cisteren v rámci Královéhradeckého kraje z pohledu dynamiky vozidel a členitosti komunikací, s cílem definovat základní parametry bezpečné jízdy. Do porovnání je zahrnuta centrální stanice v Hradci Králové a Velkém Poříčí pro srovnání charakteru jízdy v krajském městě a venkově. Práce je rozdělena do 4 částí, konkrétně rozbor statistiky mimořádných událostí a nehodovosti požární techniky, charakteristiku sledovaných území a techniky, teoretické výpočty vybraných jízdních charakteristik a vyhodnocení reálných záznamů jízd k zásahu.

The diploma thesis aims to analyze the driving characteristics of the newly acquired fire trucks within the Eastern Bohemian region. Primary investigation targets vehicle dynamics the same as the complexity of road infrastructure to define the essential set of rules for safe driving. Thanks to cooperation with the central fire stations in Velké Poříčí and Hradec Králové thesis contains a comparison of driving characteristics between the regional city and relatively low populated area. The whole workflow is divided into four main steps starting with the analysis of statistical data concerning the emergencies and traffic accidents, including fire brigade equipment, followed by the study of geographical features of a particular region and local firefighters machinery. Lastly, theoretical calculations of selected driving characteristics are made based on obtained data and compared to actual emergency response transportation recordings.
