Bydlení pro seniory a přístupnost

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou bývania pre seniorov s dôrazom na dostupnosť, bezbariérovosť a možnosti umiestnenia zariadenia sociálnych služieb v obci Klubina. Teoretická časť obsahuje definície základných pojmov, normové požiadavky na bezbariérové užívanie stavieb a prehľad existujúcich typov zariadení pre seniorov v Českej republike. Praktická časť sa venuje analýze riebeného územia, posúdeniu súčasného stavu objektu a návrhu troch variant riešenia. Na základe vlastného zhodnotenia a výsledkov dotazníkového prieskumu bol podrobne rozpracovaný najvhodnejší variant – domov s opatrovateľskou službou. Súčasťou práce sú aj výkresy návrhovej časti, ktoré dokumentujú dispozičné riešenie objektov, napojenie na inžiniersku a dopravnú infraštruktúru a širšie vzťahy obce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of housing for seniors with an emphasis on accessibility, barrier-free design, and the possibilities of locating a social services facility in the municipality of Klubina. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms, normative requirements for barrier-free use of buildings, and an overview of existing types of senior facilities in the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the studied area, assessment of the current state of the building, and the design of three solution variants. Based on evaluation and the results of a questionnaire survey, the most suitable variant – a home with nursing services – was elaborated in detail. The thesis also includes technical drawings of the design part, documenting the layout of the buildings, connections to utility and transport infrastructure, and the broader relations of the municipality.
