Abstract
Bachelor work is focused on the management of municipalities and funding of specific investment project in small village Przno, which lies in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Theoretical part deals with the definition of the term community, its characteristics and position in the Czech republic, then the municipal budget, specifically the budgetary process and budget structure and the possibilities of funding sources of investment projects of the municipality.
The practical part focuses on the analysis of Przno management of the municipality that comes from the years 2007-2011. Analyzed is the expenditure and revenue of the budget and the resulting data will be applied in determining about financing of Centre of civic amenity. It is abandoned and unused building of the former nursery school in the village center, which is currently completely inadequate and its re-launch requires costly investment, which is for a small village Przno with 1014 inhabitants heavy load.
