Abstract

The aim of the master thesis is to define the concept of unauthorized business and its position in the Czech legal system, to define the causes and the consequences of unauthorized business and to make the proposals for elimination of unauthorized business. The first part of the master thesis defines the basic concepts, characteristics and methods of the master thesis. The second part of the master thesis is focused on the causes of unauthorized business and the economic, legal and other consequences of this phenomenon. Content of the final part of the master thesis is devoted to proposals to eliminate the occurrence of unauthorized business and these proposals are processed mainly on the basis of the causes of unauthorized business as defined in the previous part of the master thesis.
