Optimalizace procesu auditování v hutním podniku

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the optimization of the auditing process in a metallurgical company. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the current auditing process in Třinecké železárny and propose measures to improve its efficiency. The work is based on theoretical knowledge in the field of quality management and auditing according to ISO standards. The practical part includes an analysis of the existing audit process, identification of its weaknesses, and the proposal of specific improvements. The expexted contribution of the thesis is enhancing the efficiency of the auditing process and supporting the further development of the quality management system.
