Abstract

The bachelor ‘s thesis explains the life cycle of mobile application VŠB APP - an application for students of VŠB-TUO, which is used to display certain functionalities from information system of this university. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to present the development of a software application using project management methods. Theoretical part clarifies the basic concepts related to project management and describes selected methods. These methods were chosen by using project management. The practical part describes the application of these methods, for example SWOT analysis, SMART method, and network analysis. The practical part also describes the application life cycle.
