Abstract

Kateřina Stejskalová Ph.D. The bachelor's thesis deals with the development of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Oldřišov according to Decree No. 131/ 2024 Coll. The work is divided into a text and drawing part. The text part contains a technical report, a thermal and technical assessment of the roof, and a static part of the solution for a specific element, specifically a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. The second part consists of an architectural study and construction drawings and a list of elements developed in accordance with the requirements for documentation for the construction. The building is free-standing, has no basement and has three above-ground floors. The supporting structure is made of the Porotherm system. The house is covered with a single-skin flat roof. Strip foundations are designed for its foundation.
