Analýza kritérií spokojenosti se službami mateřských škol

Abstract

The topic of my Diploma thesis is entitled „Satisfaction Criteria Analysis of Nursery Schools Services“. The aim of my Diploma thesis is to analyse satisfaction criteria of nursery schools services. This task was examined by a research which was divided into the theoretical and application part. The selected method was written questioning of customers of nursery school and deep interview of experts. The research shows the results which described signification and satisfaction specific factors, which influenced the choice of nursery school. The opinions of expert and customers are very similar. With all the factors, the customer is mostly very satisfied.
