Abstract
In this thesis we are familiar with the pulse voltage generátor SGSA, it´s function and use in practice. The thesis is dividet into an introduction, three chapters in witch we meet with a pulse generator and method of test withstand voltage, and conclusion.
The first chapter focuses on the description and the shape of the atmospheric test pulse voltage and the possibility of carrying out the tests withstand voltage according to the standards, but mainly on the impulse voltage generator SGSA. It describes the structure and possible ways of its involvement, alternative diagram and mathematical model. There is also a description of other components that are integral to it´s proper function.
The second chapter contains a description of the measurement withstand voltage to the measured object. There is shown a block diagram, the actual involvement of a pulse generator and the location where measurements were made. Measuremens took place on the glass suspension insulators of Russian production.
The last chapter is recorded measurements sparking voltage to hang a glass insulator and an assessment of all measurements.
