Abstract

The work focused on customer satisfaction measurement on the Czech electronic games market. Research method was a questionnaire -electronic, written and personal- on a sample of respondents. Evaluation of the data showed that the market customers are on average satisfied with most of the measured factors. On this basis several recommendations to improve the situation were defined.
