Odmeňovanie zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to convert the analysis of selected company’s documentation relating to the remuneration, to realize questionnaire investigation in order to find out the employee contentment and to bring in some improvement suggestions. In the course of working on my thesis I received the necessary internal information which was offered to me by Elementary school with infant school Skalité- Kudlov. I convert the questionnaire investigation on the pedagogical personnel of the organization, 26 employees took part in it. All of the ascertained facts were background to give the suggestions for improvement changes.
