Abstract

This thesis deals with issues of the status of a partner in the Limited Liability Company. The first part of the study generally describes Limited Liability Company. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the position of a partner in the Limited Liability Company, especially with regards to his rights and obligations as well as his participation in a company. The third part applies all the above theory to formulate the position of a partner in a partnership agreement of a specific Limited Liability Company.
