Hodnocení pracovní spokojenosti

Abstract

The diploma paper „Evaluation of work satisfaction“ was elaborated in Sungwoo Hitech, s. r. o. company in Ostrava. Sungwoo company produce main car body parts for automotive industry. The target of diploma paper was „Research of employee satisfaction which increase effectiveness of the company”. Partial targets of the diploma paper lead to evaluation of work satisfaction inside the company and to assign causes of the satisfaction or dissatisfaction as well as finding factors which influent the company and proposing recommends which help company to increase the satisfaction and motivation of employees. The theoretical part contains short definition of main terms relevant to human resources, motivation, work satisfaction, remuneration process, etc. At the end of this chapter are explained methods and techniques which are applied by evaluating of work satisfaction analysis. In practical part of the diploma work is displayed characteristic of Sungwoo Hitech s. r. o. company. For investigation of work satisfaction was used questionary method, dialogue, SWOT analysis and other methods. There are mentioned suggestions and recommendations which lead to increase of work satisfaction of employees of the company. Contribution of my diploma paper is that the company has chance to reveal opinions and attitude of its employees. The company can make move to step up these factors which leads to decrease of fluctuation and increase of work satisfaction. I believe that the company will use at least some of my findings which are scheduled in this diploma paper.
