Revitalizace sídliště Košúty II. v městě Martin

Abstract

The function of this diploma work is the developing of a complex areal study of the revitalization of the neighbourhood Kušúty II. in Martin. The goal of the areal study is to design the full reconstruction of the area, to solve the problem of static traffic, to design enough parking spaces. The solution includes the developing of children playgrounds, sport areas, resting areas amd areas for spending of free time. The work contains a description of the current state of the given area, its pros and more importantly its cons. The project, mainly the problem of static traffic is realized in two versions. The final part deals with an informative calculation of costs of both suggested versions. These designs should help improve the quality of living in the given area.
