Územní studie sportovního areálu ve městě Sezemice

Abstract

Subject of this thesis is to develop a proposal for a new sports and leisure complex in Sezemice. Work is processed variants - 4 variants, with one final option selected is processed further. The result of this work is to design sophisticated sports - recreational area in the form of regional studies, including urban design, transport solutions and solving technical infrastructure. The work also includes economic evaluation. The main element of the entire complex is a natural bathing habitat, forest park around the river current and proposed new cycle route linking the existing trail to the city center.
