Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company Brembo Czech s. r. o. It describes the methods and resources that can be used in the above mentioned process. It also describes the current state of employee recruitment and selection in the company. The quality of the recruitment process and any imperfections in the process are identified by means of a questionnaire survey. The results of the research show that the company does not fully use all available resources for recruitment and selection of employees or does not use them sufficiently. It was also found that communication between HR staff and managers in other departments is not sufficient. This then translates into the publication of incomplete information in advertisements for the positions being filled. The bachelor thesis also includes graphs showing the results of the questionnaire survey. Based on these results, steps are then suggested that should lead to an improvement in the recruitment and selection process in the company.
