Analýza postojů zákazníka při výběru kina

Abstract

Subject of bachelor thesis is the analysis of customer attitudes towards selection of cinema. I analyzed the positions of small (independent) cinemas and multiplexes in the Czech Republic. The reason I choose is the fact of a tremendous rivalry between the multiplex and small cinemas. The aim of this work was to determine customer satisfaction with services, refreshments and admission fee.
