Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is demonstrate that using the methods and principles of TOC is possible in a chosen manufacturing company to identify and then eliminate at least one restriction in time, and thereby improve its economic performance. Data obtained from the analysis of current processes in the company, I have processed with tools TOC called as Thinking Process and concretely by constructing diagrams CRT, EC, FRT and PRT. To evaluate the impact of the found solutions, I used selected economic indicators such as flow rate or ROI. This bachelor thesis demonstrate that the manufacturing company has one procedural constraints, and after the removal would the company increase the flow by about one hundred and sixty thousand Czech crowns per year and return of the investment about 0,88 %. The results of this bachelor thesis allow in a chosen manufacturing company efficiently allocate production labor factor to achieve higher profits and ROI, and offers a method to start an ongoing process of continuous improvement.
