Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the practical targeting of traffic accidents, which is currently used by the Police of the Czech Republic. The work deals with the methodology used in the use of surveying work for the purpose of investigation and mapping of traffic accidents in the Czech Republic. It shows the use of commonly used measuring methods and available measuring instruments and software, and at the end of the work is the justification of the violation of surveying principles
