Abstract
The goal of the bachelor's work was to find out the attitude of Zubr brewery's customers to its BTL activities. Furthermore I wanted to determine how are these activities perceived by the customers and if they think that they are sufficient. To accomplish the set goal I surveyed 200 respondents via questionnaire. Based on the results of the survey I subsequently proposed several improvements. For example I suggested to offer beer tasting more frequently, organize more contests, provide prospectuses on a tables, offer in-store gifts and to incorporate humor a originality into all those activities.
