Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current system of employee education and development at the Regional Authority of Moravian-Silesian Region and on the basis of the results of the analysis to make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to improve the current system of employee education and development. In the theoretical part is described first the methodology of thesis. Then there are specified the basic concepts of employee education and development and explained the systematic employee education cycle, within cycle are described the methods and forms of education. The practical part is devoted to the characterization of the chosen organization and analysis of system of employee education and development in the organization. The analysis is made by using survey and structured interviews with a worker of human resources. Outcome of this thesis are worked up proposals and recommendations, which should lead to remove identified shortages and to improve the current system of employee education and development in a chosen organization.
