Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a building – an apartment building in Opava. The basis for the elaboration of this thesis was a study from the subjects Project I. and Project II. The aim was to create a new development in Opava. The concept was to create spaces for living. It is an apartment building that contains a total of six residential units. The apartment building is situated in Opava. It is a detached building situated in a built-up part of the area. The apartment building has three above-ground floors and one underground. The function of the underground floor is designed as a cellar and space for the technical facilities of the building. From the point of view of the load-bearing structure, it is a brick building made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The roof is designed as a double-skin pitched roof. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a text and drawing part. The text part is processed according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. The bachelor's thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof structure and a static calculation of the staircase.
