Abstract
The bachelor work deals with an analysis of a chess school clients´ satisfaction. The aim of the work is the client satisfaction analysis and the detection of each marketing mix tool influence on satisfaction. The introduction includes the basic information concerning my work. The second chapter presents the Beskydy Chess School characteristics. The third chapter is dedicated to theoretical basics of satisfaction analysis in service sector. The practical part describes the marketing research which was done. To collect data for a primary research written questionnaires were used and after that gained data were analyzed. Following part of the work includes proposals and recommendations to increase satisfaction of the Beskydy Chess School clients. The conclusion summarizes all the essential and important from the bachelor work.
