Abstract

In this thesis, I focused on the issue of job satisfaction in the company, focusing on wood processing and furniture production. The aim of my work was through questionnaire survey and secondary data to determine which factors affect job satisfaction. Based on this survey, I tried to create business proposals and recommendations that would improve the current situation. Structure of the thesis consists of six chapters. The first part of the thesis is an introduction which describes the objective of the work. The theoretical part is aimed on explanation of the concepts of motivation and job satisfaction. In the next chapter l introduce a company, in which l precessed my work. Fourth chapter contains the description of the current status in business analysis and questionnaire survey. Based on survey there were created following proposals and recommendation. In conclusion it is possible to say, that there are some areas in which are employees satisfied, but still there are some areas in which the company should change its attitude.
