Zhodnocení využívání modelu Common Assessment Framework v zemích Evropské unie

Abstract

This diploma thesis deal with problematic of application Common Assessment Framework in public sector in the counties of the European Union. In this theoretical part is defined concept quality further quality management and total quality management. In this thesis they are also described methods of quality control applied in organizations of public sector. Those methods are model of Excellence EFQM, standard ISO range 9000 and model Common Assessment Framework. Part of this diploma thesis is evaluation of user structure and support of model Common Assessment Framework. The number of users who use model Common Assessment Framework is shown in absolute so in relative expression start from 2011 to 2018. Users who use this model in each countries are also split according to areas of public sectors in seven groups. Support of this model is monitored according to five areas, as institutional support, methodological support, information support, social support and financial support. Lastly this thesis evaluate also use of model Common Assessment Framework in the counties of the European Union according to point rating and TOPSIS method.
