Ekologicko-faunistická charakteristika měkkýšů (Mollusca) PR Gutské peklo (Moravskoslezské Beskydy)

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá ekologicko-faunistickou charakteristikou suchozemských plžů (Gastropoda) ve vybrané lokalitě PR Gutské peklo. Hlavním cílem je seznámení se s biologicko-ekologickými faktory, které ovlivňují výskyt suchozemských plžů, s problematikou jejich sběru a determinace. První část práce obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku měkkýšů a popisuje ekologické faktory ovlivňující jejich výskyt a četnost. Dále se zaměřuje na malakofaunu jako modelovou skupinu živočichů v ochranářské praxi. V poslední části následuje vymezení vybraného území s jeho vývojovou charakteristikou a popis přírodních poměrů zkoumané lokality přírodní rezervace Gutské peklo. V této části je uveden stručný výčet flóry a fauny zaměřený na suchozemské druhy plžů. Bakalářská práce zpracovává a popisuje nalezené druhy suchozemských plžů v dané lokalitě. Na zkoumaném území přírodní rezervace Gutské peklo bylo objeveno celkem 12 druhů suchozemských plžů, z toho 10 druhů plžů ulitnatých a 2 druhy plžů nahých. Jednalo se převážně o druhy málo dotčené s nepatrným zastoupením druhů téměř ohrožených. Z hlediska ohroženosti jednotlivých druhů (IUCN, 2001), nebyl nalezen ani jeden druh ze skupiny VU zranitelných. Převládali druhy LC málo dotčené, z kterých byly nejvíce zastoupeny Laciniaria (Alinda) biplicata, Urticicola umbrosa, a Oxychilus cellarius.

The thesis deals with the Ecologic-Faunistical characteristics of Gastropods in the chosen area of the Gutské peklo Natural Reserve.

The main goal of the thesis is the introduction into the Biological-Ecological factors which affect the presence of Gastropods and their collecting and determination.

The first part contains general characteristics of Molluscs and describes ecological factors affecting their presence and numerousness. It also deals with Malacofauna as a model group of fauna in the environmentalist practice. The last part defines the chosen area and its evolutional characteristics and describes the natural conditions of the chosen area of the Gutské peklo Natural Reserve. The part also includes a short list of flora and fauna and especially terrestrial molluscs species.

The bachelor thesis processes and describes the species of terrestrial molluscs found in the given area. There were 12 species of terrestrial molluscs found in the researched area of the Gutské peklo, 10 of which had a shell and 2 species were without a shell. The species of Least Concern prevailed over a few Near Threatened species. As far as the species endangerment is concerned (IUCN, 2001), there were no Vulnerable species (VU) found. The prevailing species of Least Concern (LC) were represented by Laciniaria (Alinda) biplicata, Urticicola umbrosa, and Oxychilus cellarius.
