Hospodaření obcí v oblasti technické infrastruktury

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce byl návrh možných řešení a doporučení pro zlepšení dopravní infrastruktury ve vybraných obcích. V práci je provedena analýza hospodaření obcí v oblasti dopravy, která má pomoci dosažení vytyčeného cíle. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definování pojmů obec a technická infrastruktura a uvedeno je v ní jaké legislativní vymezení této problematiky. Analytická část se již zabývá samotnou analýzou hospodaření obcí v oblasti dopravy, se zaměřením na stěžejní činnosti. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje zhodnocení analýzy a návrhy a doporučení.

Objective of this thesis was suggestion of recomendations for municipalities in the area of traffic infrastructure. This thesis contains an analysis of financial management of the municipalities in traffic infrastructure, which should help to acomplish the selected objective. Theoretical part is focused on defining the terms of municipality and technical infrastructure and there is also shown legislative demarcation. Analytical part is focused on the analysis of financial management of the municipalities in the area of traffic infrastructure, with extra focus on key activities of this area. Final part contains results of the analysis and suggestions and recommendations.
