Hospodaření vybraných místních akčních skupin

Abstract

In the first and second part the thesis focuses on the municipality, its functioning and describes the form of cooperation of municipalities in local action groups. Third and fourth chapters the bachelor thesis evaluate activity and management of MAS Horní Pomoraví, o.p.s. and MAS Šumperský venkov z. s with focus on supported subjects by means of the Strategic plan Leader in the term of 2011-2015. MAS stated the complex of measures – FICHE measures, which restricted the areas of support under the measure LEADER. The aim of this work is to find out which part of the allocated finance from the LEADER grant program will be acquired by the private sector together with non-governmental non-profit organizations and what part will be obtained by the public sector.
