Abstract

The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of the company, using selected methods and recommend proposals to remedy any deficiencies. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to competitiveness and methods that were used for evaluation in the practical part. Competitiveness evaluation was based on analysis of the external environment, the analysis of the internal environment and the analysis of competition in the industry. According to the information, an evaluation of the current status of the company and made proposals to remove the shortcomings.
