Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the competitiveness of the XY e-shop, specializing in the sale of phone accessories. The goal is to analyze and subsequently evaluate the competitiveness of the XY e-shop and provide suggestions and recommendations for enhancing its competitiveness. The thesis is divided into practical and theoretical sections, where the theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods. In the practical section, the XY e-shop is introduced and the following methods are used to determine its competitiveness: PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of competitive forces, SWOT analysis, and BCG analysis. The results of the analyses are then summarized in the fifth chapter, Summary and Suggestions. This chapter also includes suggestions and recommendations based on the results of the analyses.
