Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of wage policy in a selected business corporation engaged in the production of building materials. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with wage policy and wage development in the Czech Republic, the second part focuses on selected accounting and tax aspects of wage and levy policy, and the third part contains an analysis of the wage policy of the selected business corporation. The practical part includes an introduction to the company, the method of employee remuneration in the company, the system of offered bonuses, a comparison of competition in the labor market, and a SWOT analysis of the selected business corporation.
