Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of samples of magnetically soft materials for the evaluation of surface microstructure using scanning electron microscopy – SEM. The aim of the thesis is to determine the optimal procedure for the preparation of metallographic cut and etching mixtures to highlight grains, grain boundaries and porosity of the material.
