Abstract

The thesis focuses on the selection of objects suitable for emergency accommodation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the legal framework, where important concepts are explained and the legislation related to the issue addressed in the thesis is described. Furthermore, the theoretical part is devoted to the description of emergency accommodation by time. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with the solution of the issue in the Czech Republic with the help of a questionnaire survey and an analysis of the solution of the issue abroad. In the practical part, the criteria are divided into. One is for temporary emergency shelter and the other for emergency accommodation. The last part is devoted to the checklist created to determine the suitability of individual emergency accommodation objects and also its verification.
