Abstract

The present bachelor thesis is aimed to design the primary crushing node reconstruction. The thesis describes and evaluates the current obsolete and no longer satisfying condition of the primary crushing node. The designed reconstruction and upgrade of this technology node are also covered. The proposed solution is supposed to help achieve the optimum balancing of the primary and secondary crushing nodes´ outputs due to the absence of the tunnel stockyard between these nodes. The modification should result in reducing the secondary crushing node down times which currently occur, while increasing the overall technology line output. The technical-economic and environmental benefits of the proposed solution are evaluated at the end of the thesis.
