Svoboda pohybu pracovníků v členských státech EU

Abstract

Smyslem mé práce je analýza a vyhodnocení překážek, které brání občanům Evropské unie ve volném pohybu pracovníků a současně obecný výklad právní úpravy daných podmínek a omezení. Práci jsem rozdělila do pěti kapitol. První kapitola definuje pojem volného pohybu osob obecně. V druhé a třetí kapitole jsem se zaměřila na práva a omezení volného pohybu osob a osob ekonomických činných. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsem uvedla rozsudky judikatury Evropského soudního dvora. V páté kapitole jsem se zabývala uznáním kvalifikace a jejich omezeními. Současně jsem uvedla portály, které pomáhají pracovníkům při hledání práce v členských státech Evropské unie.

The purpose of this thesis is the analysis and assessment of barriers which prevent EU citizens from free movement of workers and also the general interpretation of legislation of specified conditions and limitations. I divided the work into five chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of free movement of persons in general. In the second and third chapter I focused on the rights and restrictions on the free movement of people and economically active persons. In the fourth chapter I introduced judgments of the European Court of Justice. In the fifth chapter I dealt with recognition of qualifications and their limitations. At the same time I introduced portals that help workers to find a work in the Member States of the European Union.
