Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to improve the key performance indicator NCC1 (internal costs of inferiority) in electronic production at Continental Automotive s.r.o. and the introduction of the new system of measures used for the auxiliary tools. The diploma thesis will contain a summary of methods and procedures, which will then evaluate the monitored indicators. In addition to proposing a new system of measures used for the auxiliary tools, the final result of this work will be the economic evaluation of the proposed measure. This measure should help the company to improve the current situation.
