Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the accuracy for determination of calorific value depending on sample mass. The first part of the thesis describes the combustion and compares calorific value to other fire hazard characteristics. The second part deals with the calorific value method and how the initial water temperature, temperature rise in main period and sample mass affects the accuracy for determination of calorific value.
